Overview

Global IT Risk (GITR) protects RBC’s brand, systems, and operations by equipping partners with insights on technology & cyber risks. We seek a Senior Manager to lead the execution of Technology Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSA) within GITR’s Risk & Control Assessment function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and lead the end‑to‑end RCSA process, ensuring alignment with standards and organizational objectives.
• Lead the development of the Process RCSA for IT processes.
• Provide governance and oversight for risk validation, profiling, and updates to the risk register.
• Collaborate with Risk Register Leads, Accountable Executives, and second‑line advisory teams to ensure successful execution.
• Escalate issues, late deliverables, and critical risks to senior leadership for resolution.
