Senior Manager, Internal Audit Unit (NCSS)

The Internal Audit Unit (IAU) in National Council of Social Service (NCSS) provides independent and objective assurance and advisory services to support effective governance, risk management and internal controls across the organisation.

The IAU adopts a systematic and disciplined approach to assess and strengthen the effectiveness of NCSS’ processes, controls, and risk management practices. Its work includes planning and conducting internal audits, performing upstream advisory reviews, supporting with internal investigations, and providing insights to Management to enhance operational effectiveness, compliance and accountability. The IAU also drives continuous improvement through its Quality Assurance and Improvement Programme, which supports adherence to professional standards and strengthens audit quality.
