Essential Duties and responsibilities
Lead insights and analytics support for innovation strategy, pipeline development, concept evaluation, and commercialization decisions across Retail and Foodservice.Design and execute consumer learning plans for innovation projects, managing the full research lifecycle from methodology, questionnaire design, and testing through analysis, synthesis, and reporting.Provide expert guidance on qualitative, quantitative, emerging research approaches, including the evolving use of AI-enabled tools and analytics.Translate consumer, shopper, operator, customer, category, and market trends into clear opportunity areas, innovation territories, and actionable business recommendations.Support the end-to-end innovation process, including idea generation, opportunity sizing, concept screening, product testing, consumer validation, commercialization learning, and post-launch evaluation.
