Role Overview
- We are looking for performance-driven growth professionals to own and scale our user acquisition engine across app channels.
- You will be responsible for driving key business metrics like Revenue, CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margins, while working at the intersection of data, creatives, and user understanding.
- This is not just a ‘media buying‘ role; it requires a deep understanding of the ‘Bharat‘ user persona, sharp creative intuition for devotional content, and the analytical rigor to scale high-intent transactions. You will work at the intersection of data and storytelling, collaborating closely with Category, Product, and Creative teams to serve millions on their digital devotional journeys.
