Senior Manager, Electronic Design Engineering

Position Overview: The Senior Manager of Design must be able to drive and develop product design and methodology for innovative, high-performance products and services. This role will include the planning of product development projects, hiring world class talent, managing staff to complete projects on time and on budget, working with staff to ensure appropriate career advancement opportunities are available and maintaining a product development pipeline that enables MACOM to have a steady flow of new products being commercialized.
