What is the opportunity? RBC is seeking a Senior Manager to support the Data Insights and Analytics function for the Distribution Transformation Program. As we move towards our digital-first ambition, this role will be critical in driving the large-scale distribution transformation by building data analytics and insights function, establishing mechanisms to effectively monitor performance, enabling use-cases and driving management insights. The successful candidate will partner closely with stakeholders to streamline and prioritize data builds, design and deliver reporting mechanisms and drive program-level management insights.What will you do?
