Senior Manager Decision Analytics - Insights & Reporting

**Position Purpose:**

The Sr. Manager Decision Analytics position leads the Insights and Reporting functions for Store Operations and Services divisions. This role works closely with the Director within Decision Analytics in defining the analytical strategy and approach for projects and processes and effectively manage talent. The role works cross-functionally with business partners from across Store Operations, Services, Product and IT to design and implement decision analytics, tools, and new visibility/reporting capabilities. This role has responsibility for creating analytics, translating business questions to actionable insights, supporting ongoing analytical needs, designing analytical and reporting platforms, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality analytics solutions for The Home Depot.
