 In this role you will:Develop, execute and maintain operational strategies in order to deliver innovative short, medium and long term solutions for Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser and Scotiatrust.
Defining business requirements and managing change processes to achieve those requirements

Leading the development of new and re-designed tools and processes to better deliver Fee services. This includes the effective implementation of technology upgrades, new policies and procedures and improved administrative flows

Leading key operational projects to drive business growth

Developing operational processes, particularly in defining the Scotia Jarislowsky Fraser and Scotiatrust fees operational experience

Ensuring that regulatory and compliance issues are being managed and delivered in a proactive and timely manner
Manage effective field implementation of Fee policies and prioritized initiatives by:...
