About the Role

As Senior Manager – Compliance Framework and Policies, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening BOQ’s compliance risk management capability and ensuring the effective implementation of a robust Compliance Risk Management Framework (CRMF) across the Group. Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, you will support the design, uplift and embedment of compliance frameworks, policies, processes and initiatives that enable the proactive identification, management and reporting of key compliance and regulatory risks.

This role is central to supporting BOQ in meeting its regulatory obligations and managing critical compliance risk themes, including Conflicts of Interest, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Market Abuse, and broader regulatory compliance requirements.
