Job Overview:
The Senior Manager, Commercial Operations role supports the Commercial Director in driving commercial performance and operational excellence across KDPs European business. The role ensures strong day-to-day execution of the business while leading the successful delivery of innovation and portfolio changes, acting as a central integrator across internal functions and external partners/markets to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
The role is accountable for running the commercial engine and pipeline, while supporting the Commercial Director focused on growth, partnerships, and strategic decision-making.
What you will do:
Business Performance Weekly/monthly performance tracking including dashboards, reviews, and action management. Lead KPI routines, ensure clear visibility vs AOP, and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks.
