Senior Manager, Brand Resort

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract foot fall and generate revenue in the property


• Strategize and implement campaigns aimed at audiences to drive visitation considering upselling and crossselling efforts with the respective business units


• With the Brand Marketing Director’s guidance, develop strong go-to-market strategies for Brand campaigns


• Strategize with entertainment, digital, OOH, and PR to create noise and visibility among the target market


• Identify and assess strategic external partnerships to drive footfall and Solaire Rewards sign-ups (i.e. brandled retail partnerships, etc.)


• Track footfall versus revenue, identify insights and deploy actionable strategies and pivot plans with the BrandMarketing Director


• Leverage on existing promotions and strategize efforts to encourage membership sign-ups
