Senior Manager / Associate Director, Employee & Industrial Relations (EIR)

Location: Kent Ridge Campus

The Senior Manager/Associate Director (EIR) is responsible for the development and management of EIR polices, processes, employee & labour relations advocacy. This position interfaces with employees, HR Partners, managers, supervisors, unions and government agencies.

• Manage EIR polices & processes.
• Collaborate and partner legal and risk office in the management of end-to-end staff disciplinary cases including sanctions & terminations.
• Provide advisories to HR partners, managers and supervisors in best employee and labour relations practices, and strategies for managing sensitive supervisor problems and employee grievances, management with performance concerns, disciplinary action and conflict management issues.
