About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to drive plant performance, reliability, and compliance at a leading API manufacturing facility. This role will be instrumental in managing process engineering, utilities, and maintenance while supporting strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process engineering & maintenance of API manufacturing equipment
- Manage critical equipment such as reactor vessels, centrifuges, dryers, filtration systems
- Oversee plant utilities including HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, WFI/PW systems, and compressed air
- Ensure high equipment uptime and operational efficiency across the facility
- Drive preventive & predictive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives
