About the Role

General Intelligent Operations (GiO) is building the intelligence layer that enables Uber to operate at scale with greater speed, reliability, and autonomy.

As Senior Manager, AI & Intelligent Operations, you will own the operations-side execution and adoption of Uber's Cognitive Intelligence Stack, with accountability for delivering autonomous capabilities across core Ops workflows.

A central goal of this role is to return time to operators.

By shifting work away from repetitive, low-value tasks and toward automated and intelligence-assisted workflows, you will help reduce burnout and enable Ops teams to focus on higher-impact, more strategic work that drives meaningful business outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Engineering.
