Senior Major Gifts & Donor Relations Lead

World Vision is seeking a senior fundraising professional in New Zealand to manage a portfolio of major donors. You will identify and cultivate deeply personalised engagements, travel to donor locations and accompany assignments on international field visits to World Vision programmes, turning interest into long-term commitments.

You will craft donor plans that balance ambitious targets for vulnerable children with trust-based partnerships, contributing to compelling storytelling and transparent
