Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment
- Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine plant shutdown
- Maintain mixers, extruders, conveyors, dryers, grinders, dust collectors, and resin‑handling systems used in phenolic compound production.
- Perform root‑cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures affecting production.
- Calibrate sensors, maintain PLC‑controlled systems, and support automation troubleshooting.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and materials handling equipment in performing duties
