Senior Luxury Hospitality Business Development Lead

Curioso, a studio of architects, interior designers, and artists, seeks a Business Cultivation Lead to drive pursuit of luxury hospitality work across the U.S., Mexico, and CALA. You will work closely with the Managing Partner to identify opportunities and build Curioso’s strategic pipeline.

This senior role requires deep market fluency, an existing network, and the discipline to structure fees, analyze RFPs, and steer proposals from outreach to award.
