Overview

We are a market‑leading firm looking for an experienced Senior Litigator to join our Financial Lines team. The role covers Professional Indemnity and Financial Institutions matters, supporting insurers and insureds with civil, disciplinary and regulatory claims, and delivering commercial advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Defend civil claims against professionals in a range of forums, including the High Court, District Court and dispute resolution schemes.
• Defend professional negligence claims, especially for accountants, lawyers and valuers.
• Advise clients on regulatory investigations and defend enforcement action.
• Provide risk‑management advice to professional services firms.
• Work closely with insurers, brokers and insureds, leveraging strong market relationships to resolve underlying litigation.
