Represent clients in litigation matters from pre-trial through trial

Draft pleadings, motions, written discovery, briefs, and other legal documents

Attend hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings

Conduct legal research, case analysis, and strategic evaluation

Collaborate with associates, paralegals, and trial attorneys on case strategy

Manage substantive litigation responsibilities with a high level of independence

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and communication

Support business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school

Active Utah Bar membership

4+ years of litigation experience

Experience in medical malpractice defense or healthcare law
