Senior Line Engineer (Element & Assembly production - HcP/MFE1.2)

• Continue Improving Productivity & OEE- Develop automation technology to improve productivity- Develop & implement process improvement strategies

• Manage & reduce production cost, Total defect cost (TDC), Overhead cost...

• Responsible for consumables & incoming materials (element, loopset) to ensure production lines running smoothly

• Problem solving, focus to prevent 0km complaint for both AOI and flow line process

• Level up Bosch production system - Follow BPS standard to improve the current level to the lead Plant of BPS

• Control quality of incoming elements to reduce AOI reject rate - ensure TDC achives the target

• Develop I4.0 for assembly process (both AOI and flow line)- Develop tracibility system

• Other tasks assigned by manager
