Senior Liability Underwriter – Spanish Liability Team

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage large, complex liability underwriting activities in the Spanish market. The role focuses on driving underwriting decisions, business development, and client management while acting as the senior point of contact for the team.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned complex or large liability cases and provide underwriting decisions in line with company plans and within agreed timeframes.
• Own and manage the liability book of business, meeting KPI targets set in company plans.
• Contribute to the creation of segment and local business development plans, identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain effective relationships with underwriting, commercial colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Apply available underwriting tools, rating engines, protocols and technical insights to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
