A Day In The LifeThe Senior Counsel – LATAM plays a crucial role in providing legal counsel and support to Bunge's LATAM business operations concerning food solutions transactions. This highly professional individual provides legal advice and support on a diversified scope and expertise based on the nature and requirements of the business team.
What You’ll Be Doing Provide legal advice and counsel to business units and functional teams on a wide range of corporate, commercial, labor and employment, regulatory and litigation matters, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and commercial transactions. Negotiate, draft, and review contracts, including supply agreements, transfer, handling and storage agreements, service agreements, and transportation related agreements.
