Job Overview

We are currently seeking a AVP/Senior Counsel to join the Technology and Intellectual Property Legal Team as a member of the Intellectual Property Legal team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced IP attorney to engage in technology transactions at the intersection of technology and finance. The role involves structuring and drafting IP terms across a range of technology agreements—including IP licenses, SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, collaboration agreements—as well as investment and M&A transactions. The attorney will also provide specialized support in addressing IP issues related to Generative AI platforms, ensuring that IP terms are effectively managed and aligned with the latest developments in this field while safeguarding the Firm’s IP rights.
