An innovative, high-growth fintech and award-winning pensions provider is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its expanding in-house legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. The Role:
Acting as the primary pensions expert, advising on complex legal issues related to death benefits, transfers, customer matters, compliance, and policy development.
Drafting and updating policies, proactively managing regulatory developments, and ensuring positive engagement with the Financial Ombudsman and other regulators.
Providing commercially minded legal advice across teams, supporting clear communication and collaboration.
Playing a key part in shaping a legal team expected to grow further in the coming years.
