Job Description
What will you do?
- Provide legal support and legal advice to the different business areas.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business decisions and operations, proposing mitigation strategies and delivering proactive legal advice.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, ensuring the company's interests are protected and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including telecommunications sector regulations and the Portuguese Public Procurement Code.
- Manage corporate legal matters, including corporate governance procedures, updates to the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership (RCBE), trademark registrations and validation of legal documentation.
