We are looking for an experienced shipping and offshore lawyer to join our global legal team. As Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with negotiating and advising on the full spectrum of our maritime contracts globally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is confident navigating the complexities of commercial shipping and offshore arrangements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Draft, review, and negotiate key shipping contracts including offshore service, shipbuilding, sale and purchase agreements, towage and other contracts relating to all of DOF's activities. This will also include contracts and subcontracts for the integrated offshore services offered globally by DOF Group to our clients.
- Advise on legal risks, liability, and regulatory compliance in complex maritime transactions.
- Support commercial teams in structuring and negotiating shipping deals.
