Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel

OCR Group Berhad is seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Counsel to manage corporate and commercial matters, provide pragmatic advice, draft and review agreements, and oversee risk and regulatory compliance. You will lead litigation, disputes, and policy audits while training internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and is admitted to the Malaysian Bar with at least three years of relevant experience, preferably in property development or construction.
