Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the legal team, you will:- Partner with business leaders to provide commercially focused legal advice that enables strategic decision-making.
- Support the full commercial deal lifecycle, from bid evaluation and opportunity assessment through to contract execution and delivery.
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalise complex commercial agreements, including customer contracts, Master Service Agreements, supplier agreements, subcontractor agreements, consortium and joint venture agreements.
- Advise on public sector tenders, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and procurement processes.
- Identify legal and commercial risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies that support business objectives.
- Guide business stakeholders through contract interpretation, dispute resolution, claims management, and settlement negotiations.
