Job Description
Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Legal Advisor.
Requirements
- Law degree and admission as an attorney- essential.
- Master’s degree such as LLM is desirable.
- 5+ years post-article experience in the financial service industry.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in the banking and finance space- essential.
- Experience in the drafting, review, negotiation, etc. transactions.
- Corporate and commercial legal knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide general legal advice, including legal research.
- Structure, restructure, negotiate and re-negotiate corporate and commercial transactions.
- Identify, evaluate and structure import and export finance transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal legal and other company procedures and policies.
