Senior Legal Advisor

Responsibilities

• Negotiation, facilitation, advising, and drafting of business-related transactions including business sales and acquisitions, business restructures, franchise related agreements, property related agreements, supplier and service agreements.
• Provide legal advice to and oversee legal compliance of the KFC System (Head Office and Franchise System).
• Implement and monitor legislative and company compliance programs and systems.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints as well as contractual disputes and litigation.
• Provide system and legislative training.
• Maintain and update system manuals, policies, and disclosure documents as per company and legislative requirements.
• Manage relationships with external counsel.
• Commercially astute, solution oriented, able to generate creative commercial options that are in the best interest of the business while applying risk mitigating interventions. Ability ...
