Senior Legal Advisor - Fintech (España)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose: The role, with an important Fintech component, forms a key part of the Legal team in managing and advising on risk and legal liability for the group, as a Travel Tech Company, to ensure we achieve the strong growth plans of the group.

Expected Deliveries

• To assist Fintech/Insurtech Team with the set-up and implementation of Fintech/Insurtech initiatives according to the roadmap, ensuring effective development of strategic projects.
• To advise Fintech/Insurtech Team on their day‑to‑day business decisions, reviewing contracts from a commercial perspective as well as considering the regulatory framework worldwide, providing preventive counselling on the legal requirements, identifying, monitoring and advising upon legal risks within the area.
