Job Description
Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company based in Sandton with their search for a Senior Legal Advisor.
The salary on offer is between R600k - R800k p.a.
The role requires:
- minimum 5 years post articles experience
- experience drafting pleadings in commercial litigation processes
- some experience in competition law, especially around unfair competition practices
The main functions of the role are:
- Drafting of commercial contracts.
- Review and vet all legal agreements received from third parties, service providers, and clients.
- Provide ongoing and ad hoc legal advice on competition law and a wide range of other legal matters.
- Provide support to the business in handling commercial litigation matters.
