Senior Lease and Fixed Asset Analyst at E360S

Drive fixed asset management at Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) as a Senior Lease and Fixed Asset Analyst. This role requires hands-on experience with asset cycles across 100+ entities in a hybrid environment.
As part of the Corporate Accounting team in Aurora, you will oversee the full fixed asset and lease accounting cycle. Ideal candidates will have at least five years of relevant experience including building subledgers and variance analyses. Your work will support continuous improvement and financial accuracy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain fixed asset subledger in Sage 300
• Classify newly acquired assets as leased or purchased
• Maintain depreciation and amortization schedules monthly
• Prepare budget-versus-actual analyses for fixed assets
• Administer lease portfolio for all locations
