Senior Learning & Development Strategist

ALEC Holdings is seeking a senior Learning & Development Specialist to architect and deliver blended learning programmes across our UAE teams. You will craft content for operational, leadership, and compliance needs, and run impactful training sessions to boost performance.

You will also measure outcomes, optimise the LMS, and partner with HR to close capability gaps, while mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
