Job Description
WHACK Sports is looking for a sharp, reliable professional to work closely with our senior management team — coordinating meetings, managing communications, and keeping key actions on track — while owning and running our customer service function.
This is primarily a leadership liaison role. You'll be the person senior managers rely on to stay organised and follow through, and you'll also take full ownership of customer service — running it day to day, not just stepping in when needed.
What you'll do
- Support senior leaders with diaries, meeting coordination, notes and briefing packs
- Sit in on leadership meetings, capture actions, and chase them through to completion
- Liaise between senior management and other teams — including coordination between our Indian and Australian offices
