Senior Lead Partner, Enterprise Risk Management

This position reports to the BSAPIC General Manager, Compliance & ERM where the incumbent will play an important role in the development and continuous improvement of Bridgestone’s global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and will be pivotal to its implementation in the Bridgestone Asia Pacific, India and China (BSAPIC) region.

The incumbent will (i) manage the ERM program by partnering closely with stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally; and (ii) support the organization and departments in identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting key enterprise risks for the BSAPIC region. The incumbent will also work with all BSAPIC group companies and functions to create and maintain an actionable, risk-based, and proactive Business Continuity Management (BCM) program. The incumbent will also assist the BSAPIC functional and business leaders in preparing for and responding to crisis situations.
