Senior LATAM Marketplace Ops Leader

DiDi Global is looking for an experienced and data-driven Strategy & Planning Senior Manager to optimize marketplace performance in LATAM. This role involves defining strategy, creating processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive courier growth and retention.

You will lead operations in Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru, addressing complex operational problems with data insights while mentoring team members. The ideal candidate has 7-9+ years of experience and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
