Senior Laboratory Operations Manager – Essential Services

Sonic Healthcare UK is seeking an Essential Services Laboratory Manager for Princess Alexandra Hospital. The role oversees the ESL and related services during the pathology redevelopment, ensuring continuous 24/7 operations and high-quality patient care within the hub-and-spoke model.

The post requires leading a large team, embedding improvements and working closely with clinical staff, HR, quality and operations colleagues to deliver reliable diagnostics and service excellence.
