We are seeking an experienced **Senior Kronos (UKG) Techno-Functional WFM Consultant** with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience supporting and enhancing enterprise Workforce Management environments. This role will be responsible for day-to-day production support, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and periodic onboarding of newly acquired business units into the Kronos ecosystem.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide ongoing support and administration of Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.* Configure and maintain Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Workforce Analytics modules.* Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support end users.* Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.* Support integrations between Kronos and HRIS, Payroll, ERP, and third-party systems.* Lead or support the integration of newly acquired business units, including da...
