Senior Key Account Manager – Fintech Growth LATAM

Urban is searching for a Senior Key Account Manager to oversee and expand a portfolio of high-value B2B clients in Mexico and Colombia. This hybrid role emphasizes account management and the ability to drive cross-sell and upsell strategies with C-level executives. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in fintech or B2B commercial real estate.

The position requires strong communication skills and fluency in Spanish, alongside an upper-intermediate level of English. Work is conducted in the office 2–3 days a week in Roma Norte, Mexico City.
