Project Summary The client requires professional services to support and maintain an enterprise ITSM platform based on IFS Assyst, including implementation of approved enhancements and ongoing system improvements. The role will also support migration activities to a modernized ITSM toolset (ITSMv2) and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
