Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform installation, deployment, and initial configuration of server, virtualization, storage, backup, and supporting infrastructure solutions at customer sites.
- Execute infrastructure implementation activities according to project design, implementation plans, and technical documentation.
- Assist in hardware installation, rack and stack, cabling, firmware updates, and system commissioning.
- Deploy and configure Windows Server, Linux, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper‑V, storage, and backup solutions.
- Perform system validation, health checks, and verification to ensure successful implementation prior to handover.
- Support migration, upgrade, and infrastructure refresh projects with minimal service disruption.
- Conduct implementation testing including System Acceptance Testing (SAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), backup recovery validation, and failover testing.
