Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

£40,000 per annum.

1 Year Fixed-Term

Office Based – London office – 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver IT infrastructure services to Team members and other supported organisations to ensure that Colleagues of the IT team are satisfied with the IT service.

Ensure that support tickets are managed and dealt with within the agreed timescales, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally and securely. Escalations to the third line support and second line support as needed.

Determine through liaising with Team colleagues the need for additional or modified IT services to provide an improved service to the Team.

Maintain the security software of laptops, desktops, and tablet computers to prevent unauthorised access and block any threats from installation.

Create, manage, and administer accounts on related systems to ensure the integrity.
