Business Context

The Java Developer / Data Engineer will join the Compliance, Surveillance & Supervision Product Technology team, which delivers technology solutions supporting the Compliance, Surveillance, and Supervision product group. The team works with both internally developed platforms and vendor solutions, including NICE Actimize, SMART, and Trading Hub. Solutions delivered by the team must satisfy regulatory, compliance, internal audit, technology risk management, and information security obligations applicable to TD Securities. Position Overview

This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and integration of tools and technologies used across the Compliance, Surveillance, and Supervision domain. The successful candidate will help integrate upstream bank systems with core surveillance platforms and will build robust, scalable, and maintainable data pipelines and analytics engines.
