Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship

Position assigned to Private Sector Investment Funds and Special Initiatives Division (PSIS) within Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD). Reports to the Director, PSIS and oversees junior staff members.

Your Role

Lead the origination, development, due diligence, approval and implementation of private sector transactions using third‑party funds (debt, equity, mezzanine).

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct industry research to identify fund management teams in Asia aligned with ADB's PE investment strategy.
• Lead and undertake due diligence, risk analysis and mitigation in structuring loans, equity investments and mezzanine financing for third‑party financing.
• Lead relationships with fund managers to position ADB for investment.
