Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate digital real estate infrastructure investments and manage them from inception to completion.
• Take ownership of financial analysis, underwriting and investment committee presentations.
• Lead due diligence and transaction execution processes through to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, lenders and key external stakeholders.
• Oversee portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives.
• Assist in shaping investment strategy and identifying new growth opportunities.
