Summary The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is seeking a Senior Attorney with experience in international transactions or providing legal advice on international development. This position provides strategic legal advice to country teams and management on matters related to MCC's global portfolio of development programs. Although the position is advertised equivalent to GS-15, MCC uses a pay banded system to compensate employees. This position is pay band 3A which is generally equal to GS-15. Responsibilities As a Senior International Attorney the major duties and responsibilities are as follows: Coordinates team efforts as-well-as outside counsel/consultants to develop, negotiate, implement, monitor, and close out development assistance programs and projects.
