Job Description

Senior International Accounts Payable Specialist – 12 month contract.

Hybrid working Dublin 2.

I am working with a leading AI company & they have an immediate requirement for a Senior International AP Specialist to join their growing Finance team in Dublin, Ireland.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to their accounts payable processes for their international entities, bringing your expertise to shape and improve how these processes work across multiple jurisdictions to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments. This role will report directly to the AP International Lead.

Key tasks will include:

  • Oversee the complete vendor invoicing process for international entities, ensuring accurate vendor information, accounting treatment, GL coding, and proper VAT/tax treatment
