Senior Interior Designer AND Interior Designer - Project Lead

Our client, a well-established commercial interior design firm in Toronto, is looking to add a Senior Interior Designer to their team. This is a full-time permanent position, paying $70,000–$90,000 annually, with competitive benefits and a vacation package. The role works in a hybrid model.

Job / Technical Competence

• Ability to execute all Project Lead activities with high level of accuracy and competency for projects of all sizes, scope, and difficulty.
• Prepare proposals and RFPs as required, attend sales pitch meetings and promote company services to customers and potential customers.
• Lead concept development, storytelling, and design direction to ensure projects reflect client vision and expectation.
• Ability to consult clients with regards to workplace strategies and trends.
• Be a creative resource within the studio, sharing ideas and concepts.
