Job Description

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing training courses focused on PSS products and sales skills, as well as supporting training project management activities. This is a hybrid role (3 + 2).
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative e-learning content, including gamified courses, multi-module training projects, and other complex learning experiences
Write effective audio/video scripts, storyboards, and instructional content for courses
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the design team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Partner with Training Managers and the Training Supervisor to support training project management, including identifying training needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and ensuring training objectives are achieved
